CLASSES AND CATERING CANCELLATION POLICY
The below cancellation policy applies to cake orders, small dessert orders and class bookings.
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we require 7 DAYS NOTICE to be able to move your booking. If something unfortunate happens (eg covid or other illness or family emergency) within a shorter time frame, please do still get in touch with us and if we can move your booking without interruption then no deposit fee will be lost. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to this but if products for your order/booking haven't been purchased or dessert orders started, then we will be happy to reschedule or issue a credit.
Cancelling in a shorter time frame then 7 days may result in the deposit amount paid at time of booking being lost to cover the costs.
If you do need to cancel or reschedule and have given us 7 days notice, we will help prioritise your order and hopefully fit your in for a new alternative date, or issue you with a credit if the event is no longer going ahead.
If you choose to take a credit, you are able to use this within 12 months of it being issued and it can be used on any products or services within our business. For example if you purchase a class booking spot, and then cannot make it, you may opt to use your credit on cake decorating supplies instead. You are free to use your credit on any products or services as long as its within the 12 months.
NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND, COVID, ILNESS OR OTHER. Due to the current covid situation and unpredictable weather in Australia at present, we understand that sometimes these things get in the way of being able to go ahead with your booking. To be able to maintain our operations we cannot unfortunatley issue refunds for the above reasons. Should you wish to speak to us about the matter further please contact the shop on (02) 85196771.
